The dock was really easy to find and was right by everything, which made getting there stress-free. It’s always a relief when directions are simple, and they definitely made the whole experience feel smooth from the start.

I bought tickets on Shoreline's site it wasn't no hassle at all. The dates and times were easy to see, checkout was quick, and the email tickets showed up right away. Didn't have no weird issues or anything, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I had to cancel last minute because my plans changed and I was expecting it to be a whole thing, but the refund came through really quickly and I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with any hassle at all

We really liked that it wasn’t too long or drawn out. I mostly just cared about having enough time to enjoy being on the water without getting tired of it, and this was exactly that. Simple, relaxing, and just right for us...

The boat ride itself was totally fine, but the cleanliness wasn’t great. There were crumbs on the seats and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. The bathroom was usable, but it didn’t feel very fresh either. I ended up wiping down my seat before getting comfortable, which was annoying because I wasn’t really expecting to do extra cleaning on a boat trip. It wasn’t terrible, just average. I’d probably go again, but I really hope they clean it more often

The views were really nice, and I’m glad we got to check it out, but I’m not totally sure it felt worth the cost overall. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just maybe a little more expensive than I expected for what we got

Booking was easy enough, and the directions on the site got us close to where we needed to be. The signs around the dock were easy to spot too, and when we looked a little lost, the staff pointed us in the right direction.
I’m only giving 4 stars because the boarding line signage was sorta unclear. We ended up standing in the wrong line for a few minutes, but it wasn’t a huge deal and everything still worked out fine

The crew went over all the safety stuff before we left, which actually made me feel really comfortable the whole ride

The weather turned bad on us , but they handled it really smoothly . They got us rescheduled fast and made the whole thing way less stressful .

We did Shoreline Sightseeing with my mom, who uses a walker, and overall it was okay. The staff were friendly enough and did help us get on the boat, but the whole boarding process felt rushed. At first we weren’t really sure where we were supposed to go, and when we asked, it kind of felt like our concerns were being waved off instead of actually explained.

Once we were on board, there was some space, but it got harder to move around after everyone sat down. The views were definitely beautiful, so I’m glad we went, but I really wish the accessibility details online had been clearer before booking. It would’ve made the whole experience less stressful.

The boat left exactly when they said it would and got us back right on schedule too. My sister and I had dinner plans afterward, so not having to wait around or worry about being late was a huge plus. Super easy, no stress, and I’d definitely use them again.

I was actually relieved by the restroom situation on our Shoreline Sightseeing trip. Compared to other boat tours I’ve been on, this one was much better than I expected. It wasn’t fancy, but it was clean, stocked, and easy to get to when I needed it. no complaints at all, and it made the whole ride a lot more comfortable.

I loved the skyline views so much. The ride was totally worth it just for that, right? I feel like it’s one of those things you have to experience in person to really get it.

I found a spot almost right away, which instantly made me think, "Okay, this place is going to be easy." No circling around or stressing out, just parked close and got on with my visit.

I was hoping for more actual history, more detail, less of the random side comments. Some buildings were interesting, but I kept waiting for it to go deeper. It just never really did. Not terrible, just not really worth it for me...

It was easy to get on, and there was still enough space to sit and move around without feeling cramped. Made the whole ride feel way more relaxed. I was really happy with it
